Jonathan Marsh
CEO
Jonathan Marsh has worked on many successful projects throughout his career.  His passion for outdoor cooling began in 1986 and since then he has been involved with designing thousands of outdoor comfort solutions.  Mr. Marsh leads MistAMERICA into new emerging markets and is focused on ensuring that MistAMERICA continues to push the envelope in developing new products.


Dave Johnson
President
Dave Johnson joined MistAMERICA as President in 2003.  Mr. Johnson specializes in financial matters, structural code compliance, and project management.  Prior to joining MistAMERICA, Mr. Johnson was a principal in multiple ventures, specializing in accounting as a CPA. Since then, he has been responsible for the oversight of all major projects including Santan Village, MGM's CityCenter, and Encore @ Wynn Las Vegas.  Mr. Johnson helped make MistAMERICA one of the Top 5000 fastest growing companies in America for three years running.


Jay Allen
Director of Operations
Jay Allen joined MistAMERICA in 2004 as the Director of Operations. Mr. Allen specializes in structural design and project management. He oversees all installation projects and major service projects. He was involved with the design of the Tempe Marketplace, Santan Village, and has worked with hundreds of residential clients throughout the United States & Mexico.  Jay has the knowledge and expertise to help create a teamwork environment that ensures success while providing customers with the best outdoor comfort and water treatment products and services available today.




Dave Doherty
General Manager - Las Vegas Operations
Dave Doherty manages our Las Vegas office.  In addition, he acts as project manager for the larger casino jobs we install.  Mr. Doherty brings 34 years of construction knowledge to our team. With an education in Structural Engineering and experience in managing projects as large $500,000,000 (including resort pool decks), you can be confident that your project will be in good hands with under Dave’s oversight.


Robert Lank
Engineering
Robert Lank joined MistAMERICA in 2005 as Head Sales Engineer.  Mr. Lank specializes in structural design and heads our in-house CAD department.  He acts as lead engineer on transfer station dust/odor control projects—as well as many of our large commercial outdoor cooling projects.  He is responsible for several project designs such as Scottsdale Quarter as well as numerous other commercial projects throughout the United States.  Prior to MistAMERICA, Mr. Lank proudly served in the medical division of the United States Armed Forces..


Pete Rambo
Residential/Commercial Sales Manager
Pete Rambo heads our sales team in Arizona.  Since 2004, Mr. Rambo has helped close to a thousand homeowners and business create comfortable outdoor spaces with mist, shade and heat.  Mr. Rambo also brings over a decade’s experience and a wealth of knowledge in water treatment from his management position with Kinetico water treatment.
